1/2 cup butter
1 cup sugar
2 eggs
1/2 t vanilla
1/2 cup Almond Breeze Original
2 cup flower
2 t baking powder
1/2 t salt
1 t cinnamon
1/4 t nutmeg
2 cup blueberries
2 T sugar
Directions
In bowl mix butter and sugar, add eggs and vanilla, mix well. Stir in milk, combine dry and add to wet. Stir. Gently fold in blueberries. Pour into muffin cups. Sprinkle with sugar. 375 degrees for 20 minutes.
